I’m Tatiana Mesa Carrillo, the person behind Orenda Spiritual Energy. I’m a mother of three beautiful souls, an astrologer, a yoga teacher, and a Master Reiki practitioner. My path has taken me from Colombia to Germany and now to Chattanooga, Tennessee. Along the way, I’ve learned how deeply change can be felt in the body, in our relationships, and in the way we understand ourselves.
I created Orenda as a space to slow down and listen to what is happening within us. I work with people who feel deeply and with mothers who sense that motherhood is changing more than their daily lives. It can bring old stories to the surface, shift our sense of identity, and invite us to grow in ways we never expected.
In our work together, astrology helps us explore the cycles and themes unfolding in your life. Energy work, breath, and gentle body practices offer ways to connect with what you feel and bring those insights into everyday life. I choose the tools in response to you and the moment you’re living.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. You can come with a question, a transition, a feeling you can’t quite name, or simply the wish to reconnect with yourself. I’ll meet you there, with care, curiosity, and space for your own rhythm.
Training & Experience
I’m a certified astrologer, Reiki Master, yoga teacher, and channeler. My work brings together shamanic and evolutionary astrology, energy work, somatic awareness, the Medicine Wheel, and plant medicine practices.
I have extensive experience accompanying highly sensitive people. I know how important it is to create a space where you can slow down, feel safe to express what you’re experiencing, and explore your inner world without being rushed or overwhelmed.
My training also includes prenatal and postnatal Kundalini Yoga, children’s yoga, breath and sound for pregnancy and birth, yoga for women, and rites of passage. I continue to study and deepen these practices as my work evolves.
Before creating Orenda, I worked as a lawyer in Colombia and studied German law in Germany. Today, I bring all these experiences together, alongside what I’ve learned through motherhood and my own seasons of change.
