EL LLAMADO A VOLVER AL CORAZÓN

Agosto nos conduce hacia una poderosa temporada de eclipses: un portal de transformación que se abre el 12 de agosto y se extiende hasta el 28 de agosto.
Los eclipses interrumpen la continuidad de algo. Aceleran procesos que parecían estancados, revelan caminos que no habíamos podido ver y abren puertas que creíamos cerradas. Pero antes de que lo nuevo pueda comenzar, algo necesita terminar.
Por eso, este mes puede sentirse como una purga: un tiempo de cierres, desprendimientos y duelos. No necesariamente porque hayamos tomado una decisión consciente, sino porque la vida comienza a retirar aquello que ya no puede acompañarnos hacia nuestra próxima etapa.
Esta temporada viene a activar nuestra conciencia solar: la conexión con el corazón, la fuerza vital, la creatividad y la capacidad de confiar nuevamente en nosotros mismos y en la vida.
EL REGRESO DE NUESTRA LUZ
Con el Sol, Mercurio y Júpiter recorriendo el territorio de Leo, una intensa energía de fuego nos recuerda que hemos venido a expresarnos, crear y ocupar nuestro lugar.
Júpiter amplifica la necesidad de expansión y reconocimiento. Puede ayudarnos a recuperar la confianza y atrevernos a mostrar nuestros dones, pero también puede convertir el reconocimiento en una cacería: una búsqueda constante de aprobación, atención o validación externa.
La pregunta no es solamente:
“¿Cómo puedo ser visto?”
Sino también:
“¿Quién soy cuando nadie me está mirando?”
Esta energía puede mostrarnos el momento en el que aprendimos apagar nuestro Sol para pertenecer, evitar el rechazo o sentirnos seguros. Nos invita a observar las heridas infantiles que bloquearon nuestro brillo y las identidades que construimos desde el miedo.
También puede abrir un proceso profundo alrededor de las memorias del padre, de la autoridad y de nuestra relación con la confianza. No necesariamente para culpar, sino para reconocer qué parte de nosotros continúa esperando permiso, protección o aprobación para vivir plenamente.
LA SOMBRA DE LEO
Toda luz proyecta una sombra.
Durante esta temporada podrían hacerse más visibles:
— el apego a una identidad que ya cumplió su función;
— la necesidad excesiva de reconocimiento;
— la reactividad frente al rechazo;
— la sensibilidad extrema ante la crítica;
— la comparación y la envidia;
— el orgullo que nos impide mostrarnos vulnerables;
— el autoritarismo o la necesidad de controlar.
La envidia también puede convertirse en una brújula. Aquello que nos incomoda ver brillar en otra persona puede estar revelando una parte de nuestra propia luz que todavía no nos permitimos expresar.
Observa sin juzgar:
¿Qué despierta tu reactividad?
¿Dónde estás intentando demostrar tu valor?
¿Qué parte de ti quiere ser reconocida?
¿Y qué antigua identidad temes perder?
FUEGO, AIRE Y AGUA
El predominio del fuego y el aire puede traer velocidad, inspiración, movimiento y nuevas ideas. Sirio, la estrella espiritual, intensifica simbólicamente este llamado a recordar nuestra esencia y nuestra dirección interior.
Sin embargo, Marte en Cáncer nos conecta con una dimensión más sensible y emocional. Mientras una parte de nosotros quiere avanzar, crear y comenzar de nuevo, otra necesita protegerse, recogerse y cuidar aquello que considera hogar.
Podemos sentirnos valientes y vulnerables al mismo tiempo.
Saturno y Neptuno en Aries continúan desarrollando un proceso colectivo de largo plazo: aprender a dar forma a una nueva identidad sin construirla desde la fantasía, la prisa o el miedo. Saturno pide responsabilidad; Neptuno disuelve las falsas certezas. Juntos nos preguntan qué visión merece realmente nuestra energía y nuestro compromiso.
La configuración de canasta concentra una gran cantidad de energía que busca dirección, mientras la Gran Cruz Cardinal genera tensión entre diferentes impulsos de acción. No podremos movernos hacia todos los lugares al mismo tiempo. Será necesario elegir, priorizar y reconocer qué dirección nace verdaderamente del corazón.
Plutón fuera de límites hacia el sur intensifica el encuentro con lo oculto, lo reprimido y las fuerzas profundas del inconsciente colectivo. A esto se suma el movimiento del eje nodal, señalando un cambio de dirección evolutiva: viejos patrones pierden fuerza mientras una nueva ruta comienza lentamente a revelarse.
EL PORTAL ENTRE ECLIPSES
Entre el 12 y el 28 de agosto estaremos atravesando un espacio de transición.
No es necesario comprenderlo todo inmediatamente.
Los eclipses pueden revelar sus movimientos de manera gradual. Algunas puertas se cierran antes de que podamos reconocer el camino que se está abriendo. Por eso, durante este portal, la invitación es a escuchar, observar y permitir el duelo.
No te apresures a llenar el vacío.
No intentes reconstruir inmediatamente lo que la vida está desmontando.
Permite que la antigua identidad se despida.
Agosto nos recuerda que regresar al corazón no significa vivir sin miedo. Significa dejar de permitir que el miedo decida quiénes somos.
Este mes pregúntate:
¿Qué parte de mi identidad está llegando a su fin?
¿En qué momento aprendí a ocultar mi luz?
¿Qué necesito llorar antes de comenzar nuevamente?
¿Puedo confiar en la vida, incluso cuando todavía no conozco el siguiente paso?
Que este portal nos ayude a recordar que nuestra luz no necesita ser perseguida, demostrada ni defendida.
Solo necesita ser habitada.

THE CALL TO RETURN TO THE HEART

August leads us into a powerful eclipse season: a portal of transformation that opens on August 12 and extends through August 28.
Eclipses interrupt the continuity of something. They accelerate processes that seemed stagnant, reveal paths we had been unable to see, and open doors we believed were closed. But before something new can begin, something else must come to an end.
This is why this month may feel like a purge—a time of endings, release, and grief. Not necessarily because we have made a conscious decision, but because life begins to remove what can no longer accompany us into our next chapter.
This season comes to awaken our solar consciousness: our connection to the heart, our life force, our creativity, and our ability to trust ourselves and life once again.
THE RETURN OF OUR LIGHT
With the Sun, Mercury, and Jupiter moving through the territory of Leo, an intense fire energy reminds us that we are here to express ourselves, create, and take our rightful place.
Jupiter amplifies our desire for expansion and recognition. It can help us recover our confidence and find the courage to share our gifts, but it can also turn recognition into a pursuit—a constant search for approval, attention, or external validation.
The question is not only:
“How can I be seen?”
But also:
“Who am I when no one is watching?”
This energy may reveal the moment when we learned to dim our Sun in order to belong, avoid rejection, or feel safe. It invites us to look at the childhood wounds that blocked our radiance and the identities we built from fear.
It may also open a profound process around our memories of the father, our relationship with authority, and our capacity to trust. Not necessarily to assign blame, but to recognize which part of us is still waiting for permission, protection, or approval before allowing ourselves to live fully.
THE SHADOW OF LEO
Every light casts a shadow.
During this season, the following patterns may become more visible:
— attachment to an identity that has already fulfilled its purpose;
— an excessive need for recognition;
— reactivity in the face of rejection;
— extreme sensitivity to criticism;
— comparison and envy;
— pride that prevents us from showing vulnerability;
— authoritarianism or the need to control.
Envy can also become a compass. What makes us uncomfortable when we see another person shining may be revealing a part of our own light that we still do not allow ourselves to express.
Observe without judgment:
What awakens your reactivity?
Where are you trying to prove your worth?
What part of you longs to be recognized?
And what old identity are you afraid to lose?
FIRE, AIR, AND WATER
The predominance of fire and air may bring speed, inspiration, movement, and new ideas. Sirius, the Spiritual Star, symbolically intensifies this call to remember our essence and our inner direction.
Mars in Cancer, however, connects us with a more sensitive and emotional dimension. While one part of us wants to move forward, create, and begin again, another part needs protection, retreat, and care for what it considers home.
We may feel brave and vulnerable at the same time.
Saturn and Neptune in Aries continue to unfold a long-term collective process: learning to give form to a new identity without building it from fantasy, haste, or fear. Saturn asks for responsibility; Neptune dissolves false certainties. Together, they ask us which vision truly deserves our energy and commitment.
The Basket configuration concentrates a significant amount of energy that is searching for direction, while the Cardinal Grand Cross creates tension between different impulses for action. We will not be able to move in every direction at once. We will need to choose, prioritize, and recognize which direction genuinely arises from the heart.
Pluto moving out of bounds by southern declination intensifies our encounter with what is hidden and repressed, as well as with the deeper forces of the collective unconscious. Alongside this, the movement of the nodal axis signals a shift in our evolutionary direction: old patterns begin to lose their power as a new path slowly reveals itself.
THE PORTAL BETWEEN ECLIPSES
Between August 12 and August 28, we will be moving through a space of transition.
We do not need to understand everything immediately.
Eclipses may reveal their movements gradually. Some doors close before we are able to recognize the path that is opening. During this portal, the invitation is therefore to listen, observe, and allow ourselves to grieve.
Do not rush to fill the emptiness.
Do not immediately try to rebuild what life is dismantling.
Allow the old identity to say goodbye.
Perhaps you are not losing your way. Perhaps you are leaving behind the version of yourself that can no longer walk this path.
August reminds us that returning to the heart does not mean living without fear. It means no longer allowing fear to decide who we are.
This month, ask yourself:
What part of my identity is coming to an end?
When did I learn to hide my light?
What do I need to grieve before I can begin again?
Can I trust life even when I do not yet know the next step?
May this portal help us remember that our light does not need to be chased, proven, or defended.
It simply needs to be embodied.
